In this month’s mesmerizing summer party invitation kit, you’ll find an assortment of supplies you can use to decorate nine postcards, coordinating envelopes, and tealight bags. But, the magic of Summer Nights doesn’t end there—with the 24 traditional card bases and envelopes included in the Summer Nights Add-On (available while supplies last), you can use the remaining pieces from your Summer Nights kit to create even more summer crafts!

Create sparkling summer party invitations perfect for any summer party! With the VersaMark Pad, ink up the firework stamp from the Summer Nights Stamp Set included in the kit. Stamp three firework images onto the card front, then sprinkle the stamped fireworks with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder. After shaking off the excess powder, use the Heat Tool to emboss. To create the sparkler stem, ink the line stamp with the included Blackberry Bliss Stampin’ Spot.
Use scissors to cut an angled-edge sentiment label from Purple Posy Cardstock. Stamp the party invitation sentiments from the set onto the label with the included ink. Tie a bow with the gold metallic trim from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack, and adhere to the left side of the sentiment label with adhesive dots. Add a few Artistry Blooms Sequins, then complete the card by attaching the sentiment label with dimensionals!

Send some summer love to a friend with the You Light Up My Life Card! Create a card base from Pool Party Cardstock, then use adhesive dots to attach a coordinating postcard from this month’s kit to the card front. Set the card aside, then grab a tealight bag from the kit. Press a Sponge Dauber onto a Daffodil Delight Classic Stampin’ Pad, then apply the ink to the center of the die-cut firework. Continue applying ink to the full firework, using less ink—and pressing with less force—as the firework expands in order to create a faded effect. Once the ink has dried, cut a square around the firework and adhere the square to the card front with adhesive dots.
Cut a piece of the kit’s Night of Navy baker’s twine to match the width of the postcard on the card front. Adhere the piece of twine to each end of the postcard with adhesive dots. Cut a second piece of twine, tie a bow, and adhere to the right side. With the kit’s Blackberry Bliss Stampin’ Spot, ink the “you light up my life” sentiment from the included stamp set and stamp onto one of the kit’s sentiment labels. Adhere the sentiment label with dimensionals, then finish the card with the adhesive-backed gold glitter enamel stars!

Transform a tealight bag into a treat-light bag and light up a loved one’s day! First, fill a Stampin’ Spritzer with Calypso Coral Classic Stampin’ Ink Refill and rubbing alcohol or water. Hold the tool from a distance, then spray onto the tealight bag. Once dry, ink up the miniature firework stamp from the kit’s stamp set with a Calypso Coral Classic Stampin’ Pad, then stamp multiple times onto the tealight bag. Set the bag aside, then grab a sentiment label from the kit. With Calypso Coral ink, stamp the large firework image onto the sentiment label. Then, use dimensionals to adhere the kit’s die-cut lantern and stars to the stamped sentiment label.
Cut a small piece of Whisper White Cardstock. Ink up the “for you” sentiment from the So Sentimental Stamp Set with Misty Moonlight ink, then stamp onto the cardstock. Adhere the cardstock to the label with dimensionals. Poke a hole at the top of the sentiment label to create a tag, then loop the kit’s Night of Navy baker’s twine through the hole. Insert a Printed Gusseted Cellophane Bag into the tealight bag, fill with treats, then tie it off with Purple Posy Ribbon from the Playing With Patterns Ribbon Combo Pack. Then, complete the bag with the tag!

Send happy summer wishes to your friends and neighbors with the Summer Wishes Card! First, ink the sentiment from the So Sentimental Stamp Set with a Misty Moonlight Classic Stampin’ Pad. Stamp the sentiment onto a white sentiment label from the kit. Before attaching the label onto an add-on card base, cut a piece of Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon, fold it in half, and adhere to the center of the card front with adhesive dots. Then, adhere the label over the ribbon with dimensionals. Finish the card by sticking a few die-cut star shapes from the kit to the card front!

Create a magical summer card by duplicating the Catching Fireflies Card! Add adhesive dots to the back of a die-cut vellum jar found in the kit, then adhere to an add-on card base. Next, press dimensionals onto three of the kit’s die-cut fireflies and adhere them to the jar. With the Jar Punch, punch a jar shape from Petal Pink Cardstock. Ink up the firefly stamp from the kit’s stamp set with a Petal Pink Classic Stampin’ Pad and stamp onto the punched jar shape. Once dry, add ink to a sentiment stamp with a Calypso Coral Classic Stampin’ Pad and stamp onto the punched jar shape. Add the punched jar shape to the card front with dimensionals, and your card is complete!

After dusting off the excess powder, use the Heat Tool to emboss the stamped fireworks. Once the embossed fireworks have been set, use dimensionals to adhere the kit’s die-cut Ferris wheel image to the bottom of the card. With the Blackberry Bliss Stampin’ Spot included in the kit, add ink to the “it’s a party” sentiment stamp. Stamp onto a white sentiment label from the kit, then adhere to the card front with dimensionals. Complete the card by adding sequins from the Woven Threads Sequin Assortment!
