Now, you can turn this classic Christmas staple into heartfelt holiday gifts and whimsical winter projects!

Create a gorgeous holiday greeting card with sugary gumdrops and lots of color! First, cut and score a card base from Mint Macaron Cardstock. Then, add Mint Macaron ink to a swirly stamp from the kit’s stamp set and stamp onto the center of the card front. Set aside.
On Whisper White Cardstock, use a VersaMark Pad to add ink to the gingerbread house card stamp from the included stamp set. Sprinkle with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder, then set in place with our Heat Tool. After the powder has been heat set, it’s time to add color! Take a Cinnamon Cider Classic Stampin’ Pad and press your palm against the lid. After opening the ink pad, there should be a little ink on the inside of the lid. With a Water Painter, add water to the ink on the lid to create a puddle of color. Dip the Water Painter into the puddle, mix it up, and use the color to fill in the gingerbread house! Repeat these steps for each color you’d like to add to the gingerbread house. After the ink has dried, cut the gingerbread house out and adhere to the card front with the kit’s dimensionals.
Using the same watercolor technique as before, use a Water Painter on Whisper White Cardstock to create colorful gumdrops! After they’ve dried, cut them out and adhere them next to the gingerbread house. To complete the card, cut a banner sentiment label from Whisper White Cardstock, add Mint Macaron ink to the kit’s “happy holidays” stamp and stamp onto the label, tie a bow from the Gold Metallic Trim included in the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack, and adhere it all to the card front!

Send a pretty in pink Christmas card for a perfectly pink holiday! First, cut and score a card base from Blushing Bride Cardstock. Then, cut a piece of Whisper White Cardstock slightly smaller than the card front. To create the subtle pink watercolor wash, you can either stamp the kit’s Blushing Bride Stampin’ Spot onto the cardstock and spread the ink with a Water Painter, or you can stamp it onto a hard plastic surface (similar to the lid of a Classic Stampin’ Pad) and follow the steps outlined in the instructions above.
After the watercolor wash has dried, cut one of the kit’s gingerbread gift card carriers in half and adhere to your painted piece of Whisper White Cardstock. Cut the candy doorframe from one of the kit’s die-cut layering pieces, then align around the door. Add one of the kit’s multicolored peppermint candy stickers to the bottom of the roof, then adhere a piece of Vanilla Open-Weave Ribbon from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack underneath it. Cut the ends of one of the kit’s die-cut sentiment labels to create a banner, then stamp the “Wishing you a jolly Christmas” sentiment onto it in Shaded Spruce ink. Adhere the label between the sticker and ribbon, then add a piece of Gold Metallic Trim from the same trim combo pack to the bottom right corner of the sentiment label. Finish off the card with Gilded Gems, and add a few fussy-cut hearts from Whisper White Cardstock!

The adorable, three-dimensional gingerbread house Christmas cards below were made exclusively with supplies from this month’s kit!
Pick two of the same gingerbread gift card carriers. Decorate the right half of each carrier (the half with the door) using the kit’s scalloped candy cutouts, peppermint candy stickers, and sweet stamped sentiments. Then, adhere each carrier’s tab to the inside of the opposite carrier with adhesive strips. Use the gingerbread house as a sleeve for a drink, a decoration for your home, or add a cardstock bottom and fill it with tiny treats!
